Origin and legend of coffee.

Legend has it that a shepherd named Kaldi saw his goats after eating the leaves and reddish grains of a shrub began to be more excited.

Kaldi decided to try the fruits and found that his energies increased.

He took some branches and handed them to the Abbot of the monastery which prepared a drink which turned out very bitter. Not very happy, he threw into the fire the fruits and began producing a deliciosus roasted aroma.

The Abbot surprised so delicious aroma thought to make a drink based on coffee roasting.

So was born the coffee drink.
